Quantum Solutions builds AI for healthcare, where accuracy, safety, and trust are not optional. This policy describes the principles that govern how we design, deploy, and operate our AI systems.
Human oversight
Our AI produces drafts, suggestions, and recommendations — never final, unsupervised decisions about care, prescribing, documentation, or coding. Licensed professionals review and approve outputs before they take effect. The clinician is always in control.
Accuracy and validation
We evaluate our models against real-world healthcare tasks and monitor performance on an ongoing basis. Where a model is uncertain, we surface that uncertainty rather than hiding it, and we route edge cases to a human.
Privacy and data use
Protected health information is handled under HIPAA and our Business Associate Agreements. We are transparent about how customer data is used, and customer PHI is not used to train shared models without explicit contractual permission.
Transparency
We explain, in plain terms, what our AI does and does not do. Suggestions are traceable back to the information that supports them — for example, a proposed code is tied to the documentation that justifies it.
Fairness and safety
We work to identify and reduce bias in our systems and to ensure they perform reliably across the diverse populations healthcare serves. Safety review is part of how we ship changes.
Accountability
We maintain governance over our AI systems, including documentation, monitoring, and clear ownership. If something goes wrong, we can trace it, explain it, and fix it.
