The program
Quantum Pay, operated by Quantum Solutions LLC, sends billing text messages on behalf of dental and medical practices. Messages are transactional only: a notice that a statement from your practice is ready, with a secure link to view and pay it, and reminders about your payment plan (for example, to update an expiring payment method). We never send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
Messages name your practice and come from Quantum Pay's number, for example:
Bright Smile Dental via Quantum Pay: You have a statement from Bright Smile Dental. https://pay.quantumsolutionsus.com/p/… Reply STOP to opt out.
Messages never include the amount you owe, your name or details of your care. You see those only after you open the link and confirm your details.
How you agree to receive texts
Practice staff ask you in person or by phone, reading a consent script that explains the messages, their frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and how to get help or opt out. If you agree, staff record your consent with the date and time, the version of the script read to you, and the staff member's name. Agreeing to texts is not required to receive care or to pay your bill; you can get pay links by email instead.
How often
Message frequency varies. Usually no more than 4 messages a month.

Help and opting out
- Reply HELP for help.
- Reply STOP to stop all texts from Quantum Pay's number. You'll get one message confirming that you've opted out, and no further texts.
- To receive texts again after opting out, reply START (or UNSTOP) and ask your practice to record your consent again. Texts stay off until we receive your START reply.
