Our products support clinical and administrative workflows but do not replace professional medical judgment. Licensed clinicians remain responsible for all clinical decisions, documentation, prescribing, and coding. Suggestions generated by our software are drafts for review and approval by qualified personnel.
Intellectual property
All content, software, and materials provided through our services are owned by or licensed to Quantum Solutions and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services except as expressly permitted.
Service agreements
Use of our products by healthcare organizations is governed by separate written service agreements and Business Associate Agreements. Where those agreements conflict with these Terms, the executed agreement controls.
